HOTEL SRS JADE EMPIRE

Bed is good for couples not for family with baby and small children. Washroom flush is not working Flush water continuously leaking water Ceiling fan regulator not there. Some of ceiling lights not working Complimentary water is not providing Walls are not good as per hotel standards as you can see in images. Online offline booking terms conditions are not same. They are very strict towards room in & out timing, they wont see how much time they lagg when giving room. Room no.312

Though we stayed for couple of hours due to late check in, couldn't rest comfortably. The bedding and the room floor itself needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. The real room is not as shown in the picture of the agoda application.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a very strong unpleasant smell, and there was visible seepage on the walls, which made the environment uncomfortable and unhygienic. The overall quality of the room was very poor and not maintained properly. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff was quite rude and unprofessional. The staff members were not supportive at all and showed very little interest in resolving the issues we raised. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory. Due to the poor room condition and the unhelpful attitude of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
