I like the place; not far from the airport and Robinson mall. It’s was clean from hallway to your room and toilet and bed foam is soft. Our room is in first floor which is the best since I notice only stairs going up to 2nd and 3rd floor. The place is quiet and easy to get a ride to go around the place. It was not near to center of Puerto Princessa thou and we have only one chair but no table to work on your computer if you would like to maybe you can request. We only stayed one day so table didn’t matter that much. I like the place that if I have another short trip in this area I would like to stay here again. God bless!

Our recent stay at the Bambu Suites was good. We requested a change from the bed bank to a regular bed and lower floor, as we were traveling with 2 senior companions. They were happy to accommodate our request. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, our last day a bit disappointing because the room was booked for 4pax, we only received breakfast for 3pax.

Lobby n room was clean. Keycard does not show room num. No water or denral care products. Good wifi n other basic amenities. Several minutes walk to main road, mall. Resto n reception fell short as they couldnt provide change.

FACILITIES/VALUE FOR MONEY: Very clean facilities, but I was wondering why they didn't even clean on the day we went out (after 1st night). We stayed there for two nights and no one asked us if we would request for a clean up. Rooms are actually smaller than the rooms we had in El Nido and this one's actually more expensive than the two rooms there. Amenities were also lacking: no electric kettle, no mini-ref, no blow dryer, aircon's an older version, old TV - pixellated, two chairs for a family of six, one tiny trash can in the bathroom (about 2L). I get the minimalist approach but I feel like they're hiding behind this philosophy to hide the fact that they're only able to provide the most basic of the necessities here, considering that it's rated a 4-star hotel in this app. SERVICE: Thanks 🙏 for the staff who arranged for the airport van transfer, it was much appreciated; hence, a 4 instead of a 3. I also like the approach in the email when I doled out my inquiries. Whoever was handling that, thanks again. The server for our breakfast though seemed not too please to serve us the food when we won't even be getting them the next day (flight is too early and breakfast was already paid for that day too). LOCATION: Not too far from the city center, quite close to Robinson's (5-to-10-minute walk) but we have seniors in the group so this isn't the best one for them.

Staff are friendly and accommodating.
