• 📍 Before traveling, please search Club Balai Isabel Resort, Talisay, Batangas on Waze or Google Maps.

• 📞 Upon arrival, call or text Vivian (caretaker) at 0935 157 3129 and inform her of your estimated time of arrival. She will meet you at Hotel Agoncillo inside Club Balai Isabel to hand over the keys.

• 🚗 When you reach the gates of Balai, kindly inform the guards that you are guests of the owner of Hotel Agoncillo Units 101, 304, or 308.

• 🚙 Please proceed and safely park your vehicle at the designated parking slots of Hotel Agoncillo.

• 💵 Entrance fees may be paid at the front desk near the Kumintang pool, or you may request Ate Vivian to pay on your behalf. She will hand you the receipt afterward.

• 🏊‍♂️ There are three swimming pool areas:

• Kumintang Big Pool

• Terraza Infinity Pool (near Terraza Resto)

• Tagong Gubat Pool

• 🕗 Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weekdays & weekends)

• 🌙 Kumintang Pool is open until 12:00 MN on weekends.

• 🎯 Visit the front desk to avail your free 1-hour use of darts, billiards, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, or badminton.

• 🚣 Other activities like the aqua park, biking, kayaking, boat rides, and jet skis are available for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for more details.

• 🔇 Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• 🐾 Pets are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

• 🚭 Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside the room will result in a Php 2,000 cleaning fee.

• 👶 Children under 10 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times within the resort.

• 🍽️ Cooking is not allowed inside the units. However, you may bring drinks and cooked food, and reheat them using the microwave oven.

• Amenities include a kettle, rice cooker, and refrigerator.

• 🍴 Basic utensils and tableware (spoons, forks, cups, and plates) are available for your use.

• 🍽️ There are three restaurants and a café inside Balai. McDonald's is also near the entrance gate, and there are plenty of food establishments and groceries at the nearby Shell gas station.

• 🔐 Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Club Balai Isabel is not liable for any loss of personal property. A safety deposit facility is available at the front desk.

• 🧼 Leaving the room unreasonably dirty will incur an additional Php 2,000 cleaning fee.

• 🚫 Please do not attach anything to the floors, walls, or ceilings (e.g., nails, screws, glue, or adhesive tape) as it may cause damage.

• 💸 Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacements due to intentional or accidental damage.
