Despite bad reviews i booked. Location is perfect lot of restaurants around. Beach front. In the day very busy because its one of nicest beach in elnido and after sunset turn very quiet. My ac worked just fine. 8 minutes walk from road to get tricycle.

Alright, where to start. I would have given it a lower rating but because of location, I decided not to. We stayed here for 3 nights from the 25th to the 28th January. This cost us almost 20,000pesos. The quality for the price we paid was not worth it. First of all the tricycle drops you off at the big McDonalds where you can walk past lots of little shops, cafes and a gym to get to Vanilla beach. From Vanilla beach you have to take a left and walk along the beach to get to the huts. They are about a 7/8mim walk away. I had to carry my luggage myself as I didn’t want it dragging on the sand. You can probably arrange with the hut people to help carry your luggage. Going back, that’s what I did and tipped the staff member that helped me. We got there after 5 and were greeted by a pleasant staff member, Marro. He presented us with Beach Hut D. He gave the WiFi information and I must say that the WiFi was pretty good. We also got a welcome drink which was nice. On first inspection the room looks cute and clean but upon further inspection, you can tell that it is all superficial. There were many spots where previous people who had been staying in the room had squatted a mosquito and the stain was still on the wall. And don’t get me started on the mosquito problem. There was a whole hive of them. I was getting stung left, right, and centre. By the second night I couldn’t take it as I couldn’t sleep and asked for help but they said there was nothing they could do. I bought a mosquito repellent cream on my last night and that worked wonders, they didn’t come near me. The bathroom was supposed to be a safe space but instead I could hear the staff members outside like they were in the room with me. I’m sure they could hear everything too which was very uncomfortable. The shower was always cool, never hot or even lukewarm. I always felt a little unclean in the bathroom. The drain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The one time we asked for our room to be cleaned, we found that they only swept the floors, changed the towels and made up the bed. They didn’t even change the sheets. I knew it hadn’t been changed because of the blood stain from my ankle from the mosquito bites I was getting was still there. The most obvious and pleasurable thing about the beach huts was the fact that you were right on the beach. The sound of the waves was incredible. The beautiful view of the sand and sea, amazing. You could sit right outside your hut and enjoying views for days.

I made a reservation to stay at the Beach Huts in El Nido( Managed by LIHIM Resorts) . Regrettably, I encountered numerous problems during, during, and after my stay. To be honest, I was really shocked and disappointed. It is the worst stay I’ve ever had (with, and outside, Agoda). The accommodation was not suitable for human habitation. I am seeking a complete refund and compensation for the inconvenience. Hygiene The bed was covered with hair. To sleep in it, I had to pick up all of them with a tissue because the bed was covered in hair. There was a large stain on the mattress that has not been cleaned. The bathroom was filled with dirt. It was actually disgusting. The towels were dirty and the baskets next to the sink were filled with sand. The mirror and surrounding areas were unbelievably dirty, which meant I couldn't even take anything out of my suitcase because it was so dirty. Animals Spiders were everywhere on the bed and pillows. there were larvae everywhere (have a video of something in the larva that is moving and alive). Every morning, there was a consistent presence of animal mess on the beds. There were reptiles and wasps that looked like flies in the room. And one day a large cockroach looking thing went under the bed, and I couldn’t get it out. Functionality The safe was not functional. I raised the safe issue on two occasions, which was promised to be fixed, but it never happened. This meant my valuables were at risk for the whole stay. The fridge did not even work. On the third day, when I was due to leave, someone came and tried to fix the TV. I didn't ask and I wasn't working in the first place. The fact that it was unacceptably dirty made me so scared that I might catch some kind of disease. My holiday was completely ruined because it was not suitable for a holiday. I have all the supporting photos and videos.

Hot shower not working! Too many Mosquitoes!! Clough shower drainage bowl. I do not recommend this beach resort.

This was on one of the nicest beaches in El Nido, not overcrowded and right next to great cafes and dinner. The hot water rarely worked and the water at times did not work at all. There’s no fan and the room and bathroom are very small. Very hard to keep clean with no room and no way to clean up sand.
