Christmas Holidays!

Check in and check out guidelines are easy to follow. Whole process was very smooth. Staff members of JB city home are friendly and responsive. Deposit was refunded within 24 hrs of check out. Hassle free! It would be perfect if the washroom can provide hooks to hang the clothes and towels! The air con at bedroom was a bit dusty. Regular maintenance will make a more perfect stay. Other than that, we were satisfied and happy with our home stay. Will come back next time!

Great location

Check in and out was extremely easy. The place is situated right in Paradigm Mall which is extremely convenient for us. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Toilet has a few black worms though and we wish that there are mirrors in the bedroom too. Other than that, it has been a pleasant stay for us.

DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU NEED

If you are driving, I find that the parking is very inconvenient and confusing. From where we park to the door into the building is about the size of a football field. A bit ridiculous when there are so many empty parking lots available. Also to get to the lobby (reception) to return the keys is like going into a maze. I have a tough time trying to find the turnings. Other than that the rest are just minor hiccups, but the room is great though and I have to say that the security is great!
