Safe, helpful, clean.

Check in - 25/02/2025 Check out - 02/03/2025 It is cozy and good place for couple but the location is far from the main market it's located in the residential area it's not an hotel it's a bungalow converted into an hotel gates are always closed have to knock whenever we come to open gates or open ourselves Heater - there is no heater in the room which is strange they provide with an heating electric bed system which takes time and if there is no electricity the backup is very insufficient Pickup - we would suggest to provide pickup and drop facility at the airport for the guests to make it more accessible. Food-there is a hotel at walking distance from the hotel we got good food over there the hotel name is Foodle. Bathroom - gyser system is very inefficient we have to keep gyser on day and night to get hot water on in the main tap not in the basin area the water is too cold to wash hands hope they would have provided good heating system in the bathroom. The owner is very helpful we were outside and ordered food he himself brought the food for us on time thanks to Asif All over the the place is good to live but minor things have to be improved to make guests more comfortable. Thanks

The owner or manager was not available when we checked in they were not allowing the room because the only one staff did not know anything. It's spoilt the whole mood of a first day of Kashmir. 1 hour we were sitting out with luggage. the location boards are also not mentioned to people can't come easily., even local taxi drivers were not able to find this guest house. They don't have any kitchen some how we managed to stay there . but find a better place
