Urbanview Hotel Harapan Palopo

I needed to extend my visa before returning to Tana Toraja. The hotel was well priced and the staff very friendly and polite. Desinta, the lady who is the manager takes a hands on approach to her work. She is present in the lobby overseeing and assisting and takes particular interest in making sure tourists who do not speak bahasa are looked after. Desinta personally went out of her way to assist me with wifi and in particular with organising transport back to Toraja after the transport that I had organised fell through. Her English is quite good and easy to understand. The hotel is not on the main street which makes it quiet in comparison there were some local rumah makan within a 5 minute walk. The Kantor Imigrasi is not close, most people would use transport to get there but as I enjoy walking and seeing what is around I was happy to do the hour walk to get the visa extended. Rob Sanna

i’m not the typical of staying because the room. first of all i’ll see the staff first so i can stay calmly on my hotel. but in here, the staff its so pretentious. geezz
