Mai Staycation

Our stay was generally okay. The unit was clean, well-organized, and conveniently located near the lobby. However, the internet was quite slow as it uses Globe at Home, and streaming options were limited (Netflix only, without a provided account), so we had to rely on our own data. TV access was limited to local channels. The kitchen had minimal cooking tools, with dull knife and scissors, only one saucepan, and no exhaust, which made cooking a bit challenging. Overall, we managed our stay, though the unit could be improved to be more guest-friendly.

Unit is clean and ready when we arrived. However, it is on the ground floor so there’s no view. Aside from the fact that the parking is very far from the unit, it is very expensive -₱390 from 3pm - 9am the next day. Apparently the owner was not informed of the new rates taking effect earlier this month that’s why we were surprised when we parked (previous rate was at ₱150 for 24 hrs). So, if you prefer a unit with a sure and easily accessible parking, I wouldn’t recommend this unit.

The area is clean and the staff os accomodating...only the front desk receptionist was a bit not in a good mood at that time...she is not that approachable so my husband told her to please be in a nice way in conversing with the client...other than that all is well

We were allowed to do early check in. Location is accessible to many places. Ended up extending our stay.

Medyo malayo po ang parking about 15minutes walk and expensive, 200 plus 10 per hour sa overnight parking, tas hindi cemented and covered. Yung unit itself is okay, clean naman.
