Everything is good at the hotel except escalator was broken and it doesn't lokk like they will be fixed sooner. Our room was in the fourth floor and our dad couldn't go downstairs

Ok this hotel is old and dated but that also means rooms are spacious and the location is great. My room had its own router so WiFi was excellent. I also had a large separate bathroom and hallway, perfect for leaving wet umbrellas etc. the lift has been broken for a while so check this before booking if you have mobility issues. Everything you want to see in BSB is in easy walking distance.

There was some hair in the room, it was not thoroughly cleaned, and the facilities were old and slippers were not available. The next day the door could not be locked from the outside, the staff gave me a room on the 4th floor, even newer than before. The only good thing was the location, which was close to the mosque, but also not a very pleasant experience
