At the last minute, my reservation was changed to a terrace house in a slightly more suburban area (about a 7-minute drive away) rather than the downtown LA location I’d originally booked, but in the end, it turned out to be a satisfying place with a spacious layout and a clean, fresh feel. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies, and since we could easily cook meals without having to go out to eat, we were able to enjoy a leisurely dinner every night. The only downside was that water from the dishwasher backed up into the sink, flooding the area.

I made 4 phone calls, over two hours to get the parking pass payment and link done. And another 2 hours plus 2 calls to get actual parking pass to me to park the car. Customer service was nice but nothing get done in one single phone call!! I had to call them back again and again to make sure my request is done

The parking was denied to us saying that it is full. Also the location is very bad. The neighborhood isn't good
