Good price with the hotel. But be better with smoke smell..😌 atleast spray with some fragrance once customers check out. Thank you

I checked in these hotel on 28th March and checked out on 30th March 2024. For a true backpackers,this hotel is not made for them to my opinion. The access to public is almost impossible. The taxi apps that being recommended is almost none available if you want to have sahoor at midnight. The dog groups that barking intensely and being very intimidating will be a nightmare to those that are phobia with them.

Pros: - Very large room for this price - Very clean. Housekeeping mops the tiled floors, doesn’t just sweep. - Multiple food options nearby, but you need to know where to look. Cons: - The hotel is in the middle of an area full of auto repair shops. It can be noisy. - Even though the hotel is in Gadong, it is a lengthy 30 minute walk to the Gadong Night Market. This can be reduced to 15 minutes if you’re willing to walk along the side of a highway and jump over a highway divider. - The area is unlit so it can be quite dark if you’re returning at night. - There are plenty of street dogs living around the area who will bark incessantly at you. You can hear them from the room too. - Not walkable to the main tourist attractions. You’ll have to drive, use Dart (the Uber/Grab equivalent in Brunei), or figure out the public bus system.

Decent hotel with attentive and welcoming staff. Come with a generous sizes of rooms and complete with all the basic amenities. Only downside is we as a customer need to request for a bedroom that come with a 'TV Remote' otherwise you'll be allocated in a room that have a TV BUT without TV remote. Kind of funny and weird policies. My advices is for whatever reasons from the Hotel management, once check-ins please do ask our preferences as soon as practicable whether we would like to stay in a room come with a TV Remote or just a rooms with TV BUT WITOUTH TV Remote😊

Location is good, walking distance to restaurants , laundry etc Cleanliness was okay. Lamp a bit dusty. Staff not that friendly. We booked 7 rooms. The TV in 2-3rooms only working. No remote control for TV at all. Aircond in lobby is on but not cold. Water heater working good. Lift is working good. Overall is ok worth of staying.
