TNR 호텔 & 스파

Despite of it's luxurious facilities it is far from been called a 5 star hotel, not even a 2 star. The reason is the lack of customer service. To start with the rooms set up we requested weren't ready, we were given a half clean room and were told the next day the house keeper will come to made the beds, or we can make ourselves. There is no one helping with bags at all or anything open to get even a coffee which by the way wasn't included with breakfast. The amenities weren't replenished such as half bottle of conditioner used by previous guests, the one with supposed to be cleaned had hair on the bed. We are more than dissapointed not due to the mistakes but mainly due to the lack of attention to the issues, it looks to me they staff working there are in the wrong business.

The hotel has a nice design, the rooms are very cozy but there is a horrible foul smell coming from the shower drainage which woke me up at night an couple of times. And there is a hotel near by which had a monster loud party until 12 am . You need ear plugs to sleep. And better bring your nose plugs as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Perfect location, near the beach, and with stunning views. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness excellent, lovely boutique hotel.

Good staff and good location everyone there are amazing
