Kayu Manise Villa Bedugul

Let’s share our sad story and bad experience with this Villa. We went Bali for 5 days and 4 night and we stayed 3 villas and this is the only that we wish to share so that everyone will not scam by this particular property. When we reached there, the environment and the room seems ok but when we arrived the staff was sleeping. Then, I don’t think that this is a big issue since everyone need rest right? After we got into the room, the staff was asking for payment from us, then we checked our Agoda system stated “pay at property” but not PAID so we thought that the payment doesn’t go thru. Therefore, we paid full cash to the staff. After we returned to our country and we were noticed that our credit card charged by the property. We were calling to Agoda and ask what is going on. Then, Agoda also seem like kicking the ball back to the property. We are not able to contact them and Agoda are not helping us too. We are so disappointed with Agoda and especially this property. Our reminder is please never ever book for this property or property that owned by this company. Bali had a lot of interesting Villa that valued to explore.

The staff Mr Wade is very courteous person who manages the entire management there. Location is in Bedugul which is a very quiet area. Only downside is there are a lot of geckos / lizards in the villas being close to nature. So, if you are not scared of lizards or frogs , do go for it.

With no breakfast option, no nearby warong, and no water heater, We spent the night only to sleep then head out early in the morning.
