The Lochalsh Hotel - Isle of Skye

Property has been completely redone and is clean and new feeling with new paint and carpeting, comfortable beds and towels. We had several very good dinners here, the Tuscan chicken, sea bass and steak pie were all very tasty and breakfasts were well prepared and very good. The hotel had only been re-opened for a month when we were there so a few kinks to work out in staffing etc but the staff that was there bent over backwards to provide great service, drinks and food. We would recommend and stay there again.

We only stayed one night, but it left a huge impression. The room was exceptionally spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the loch was absolutely unbeatable. We also dined at the hotel restaurant – the food was delicious, loved the hummus, beef pie and sea bass, though portion sizes were slightly smaller than expected. Even so, we'd highly recommend this place. You won't regret booking here.

Recommended . The rooms are really lovely, the beds are comfy and the en suites gorgeous the whole hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. Breakfasts are good, loads of variety but if you eat at night the variety is limited and very pricey . The staff are attentive
