I asked Agoda to find two rooms for two adults and 4 children all under 18 y old. Agoda offered two 'triple executive rooms' which I booked and paid for. On arrival at Montebelo the receptionist and 'manager' stated no such rooms exists and I must pay for a third room, I was forced to pay even though I booked and paid for 6 adults1.Not a great way to start my 1st ever booking with and through Agoda.
