J&V Hotel and Resort

I would recommend our stay in J&V Hotel. Location wise it is near San Fernando Airport, and it has a big parking space if you bring your car with you. First instance, we booked a standard room with bathtub, however, the room given to us doesn't have bathtub and the window in balcony cannot be open. After some requests, we were given the room with bathtub and also, the area is actually bigger for 2 people. They also have android tv so if you plan just to stay in the hotel, you can watch your favorite movies in Netflix or Youtube. The staff were also very accommodating! Kudos to the ladystaff who accommodate our request and even give us some token and food!

You have no choice of food for breakfast.

I didn't feel welcome in this hotel. No one greets you when you arrive. The customer service is not that great. I mean they are willing to assist you but I see no passion on what they do. They even dropped one of our luggage, though accidentally, they seem not to have a sense of carefulness. The room has no toiletries ready, and when I called them, it took me three times to follow-up. The shower is broken, the balcony door in room 208 is broken as well, you cannot lock it which makes the room unsecured. The breakfast although free, is not that good. It's a one-night-stay-and-you'll-never-want-to-go-back hotel.

Booked due to a conference we attended on the same venue. There rooms are spacious. Excellent wifi connection. Television is working perfectly fine. But I noticed the sink on our CR is not that cleaned. Breakfast is good. We book 2 standard rooms. Each room is overlooking the pool with a cute balcony. However, the other room we booked suddenly had a foul smell coming from the 2nd floor. Maybe these are items for improvement.

The room itself is nice and clean. Though the tv, telephone, and wifi weren't usable during our stay, we're still happy satisfied with the accommodation.
