Aurora Suvarnabhumi

My wife and I were booked in for 2 nights. We booked this due to its loccation close to a golf course i was playing. We booked a deluxe room with a "Garden View", we had no view other than that of another block. and under no circumstances could the room be considered deluxe. We asked to change rooms and to be fair the guy who assisted us was very helpful. We moved to another room which was better, buy again no garden view. There are no garden views, only a bit of grass and an odd tree between the 3 blocks and the "Swimming Pool" is not much bigger than a large jaccuzzi. As it as dark what we didnt realise until early moring was that our room faced the place where all the coaches for the tourists park. At 6.30 am they were all starting up and driving off. This hotel is clearly aimed at the Chinese Tourist. We went for breakfast at 8.15 and i have never seen anything like it. Virtually all the tables were uncleaned, food and spilt drinks everywhere, the floor was a disgrace, covered in food, drinks and tissue. What remained of the food was very poor. We left and found somewhere down the road to eat. Although we had paid for two nights we checked out after one. I really do not like leaving poor reviews and alwasy look for some positives. Other than the helpful guy who changed rooms for us and the room being clean there is nothing positive i can say.
