Overall it was a great experience, the rooms were great, even the pool was nice and the garden too. Did not found the staff too sweet but it is avoidable as compared to other stuff. The hotel was bit inside an unsecure space

The only saving grace is food.. Rooms are mouldy smelly and has bugs in it.. Though the venue has potential to grow n be something the whole vibe is just not there

Location is inconvenient. Basic facilities in the room like toilet paper roll, kettle and tea/coffee kit not provided. Room allotted was not prepared with fresh bed linen and on complaint it was made , kept us waiting. No proper restaurant available for breakfast, dinner and snacks. A makeshift kitchen is there to serve in room or on poolside. Cold drink bottle is served with plastic disposable glasses, which are charged separately @Rs5 each. It is not at all suitable for family stay

I went with my family for new year celebration, the hotel rooms were good but the staff was not at all supportive, . Food service was terrible, we had to wait for 45 min after giving the order , there was not even a single staff to take the order , we ourselves wrote the order and served. Food is too costly , it is better to eat outside then in hotel.
