RQ Boutique & Unique Hotel

Before I'll even start referring to the hotel itself, they mislead the clients, they advertise swimming pool and wellness facilities as part of the hotel including pictures under the hotel name and seimming pool and welness under the categorie facilities, the name is even the same name as the waterpark and wellness which is also named RQ, we booked this place thinking its a part of the wellness and includes entrance, only when arriving to property with no option to cancel we understood that the hotel has nothing to do with the waterpark! Very frustrating! Now to the place itself - honestly I don't know how this place got such high score and who defined it as 4* hotel... No kettle and tea/coffee in the room, no flipflops, no bathrub, the cupboard near the bed is full of stians, the shower has no door, the water runs to drain very slowly, breakfast was very limited, the veggies defeintely weren't from the same day, the omlette was good but cold and It finished around 9:30, not sure they made other after although breakfast is until 10:00. It was very overpriced, I have been in "boutique" hotels within the same level and paid like 20-50% less.
