The host was helpful and accommodating to any needs I had. Plus provided a range of delicious for breakfast to chose from everyday. The room was large with amble working space on a large table, the bed mattress was soft and super comfortable. The air was filled with cinnamon aroma which was pure luxury. I couldn't ask for more.

Pros: - Location is far away from main town centre of Ninh Binh, allowing for more of a "country" feel. - Host, Phu, is great and makes evident she cares. - Walking distance to Van Long reserve. - Food is good. Cons: - Chickens are REALLY loud. You will be woken up. - Hot water runs out quite quickly. - Hot water runs out quite quickly.

I simply loved my stay. The owners are sweet, the rooms clean and spacious and you can easily reach Tam Coc and the Mua caves with the bikes they provide for you. I would recommend this homestay to everyone!

My husband & I stayed for 2 nights in February ‘26. Wonderful accommodation-beautifully decorated, comfortable, tasty breakfasts & superb cups of tea (thank you for my samples) Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great-cold & raining but the lovely owner of homestay supplied a heater. We had free use of bicycles. Within 5 minute walk of Van Long Lagoon where we took a late afternoon boat ride & were fortunate to see the langurs. Ate dinner twice (homestay’s recommendation) at Nha Hang Bao Minh Ngoc Restaurant (5 min walk) fantastic food. Recommend staying here for a couple of nights if you want to see the langurs.
