This is not a hotel but a house. We had a room upstairs. There was a kind gentleman who came and gave us all the info. Our room was simple to say the least. Very uncomfortable beds, thin mattresses like cardboards. I would usually not complain about beds but this was super uncomfortable and caused a back pain. the room was just the beds and heater in between. the bathroom was private to us but external. It could have been cleaner and needs renovation. Despite us confirming that our kids were wearing diapers, the host was concerned they would wet the beds. He kept on saying this and that we would have to pay if they do. The next morning at 10am he was at our door knocking to see if our kids have wet the beds. and then he basically asked us to leave soon because they have to clean the rooms. I've never had an experience like this where we were basically chased. He was not rude but I found that behaviour odd and not very professional. It was value accommodation but make it more seamless and professional.
