I had stayed for 5 days Good things Kids play area Swimming pool Play zone Clean and specious room Powerful AC No power cut Safe parking Tasty breakfast with limited options Good food options Now issues From day one TV didn’t worked, after multiple attempts they were not able to start TV. No hot water on day 1, after multiple complaints they fixed issue on second day evening but still the water speed was very slow, also hot water not available for whole day, on fifth day there was no water supply for 4 hours in the morning which delayed our check out. Service is very slow, we have to do multiple requests to get things, many times they don’t even bother to fulfil request. They charge extra 20% for food delivery in room. Many of their staff was not able to understand Marathi. I paid 7000 per night but the experience was very average. They had to train the staff

Small property however seems to be one of the best ones in the location. Staff is good, food at the restaurant is good. Buffet options at breakfast is also quite nice. The rooms are big and neat & clean however the washrooms are equally pathetic - Small washrooms with leakage problems in both room and common washroom in restaurant area. All the hardware like taps etc are rusted. Due to this issue the washrooms really stink. We paid 10k per night which I feel is quite high considering the amenities.

Good service but slight expensive. Based on no of rooms, the behaviour changes for hospitality. They don't allow smoking and drinking in common places, that is good. But we saw Hotel Management members only smoking in common area. There was one company get together during our stay so we were not able to utilise the Swimming pool, other amenities properly.

The stay was pleasant overall, with excellent cleanliness and friendly staff enhancing the experience. The facilities were top-notch, particularly the spacious rooms and reliable hot water, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. While transport options were convenient, there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved. Nevertheless, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-rounded stay.

Not really great but is fine considering the location and facilites.
