We paid 20k for 2 night which doesn’t not include breakfast or lunch and when we call the hotel for order they were only busy with buffet at the end one of the staff daksh help us out with the food which was appreciated but this should be including everything we would prefer other hotels next time but not this really unhappy with the stay

Not happy with stay

Over priced with no basic facilities and poor service
We would not recommend this hotel as it’s overpriced for the kind of rooms, facilities and services provided. We had requested for early check in but got it at the mentioned time only. Even after that the room was not ready. Geyser was not working which took time to repair. It was as good as we got check in late by an hour. The room lacked basic facilities such as hot water kettle, tea, coffee, tissues. The service dieting breakfast was pathetic. Refill was done only after food itne was completely over making guests wait for a long time. They all play loud music the whole day upto 11-12 in the night. Overall it’s not a good choice for the price charged.

Average stay with some positives and negatives
The location of the property was great, right by the beach. The staff was friendly, but the facilities were lacking. Although the parking was good, the garden was not well-maintained. The hot water was consistent, but the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Unfortunately, the value for money was not up to par. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives and negatives.

The rooms at 5k was not even worth 3k ....we had to take a cottage at 7k by paying extra ...the area was not cleaned ....

Don’t book this hotel for travel they show cottage photos and give room in. Old building. Buliding photos not showing on website. This people are totally chets to travellers., I can’t recommend to this anyone els
