This homestay looks like hunter place that so much dirty in the buildings and that flat was destroyed at many place i think this is not a place for go vacation and the most saddest thing is i pay for this homestay but there is many problem in the homestay for example i shared the pic lights are not working in bathroom plus the aircond are problem there is only one remote for three aircond and dirty plus i have messaged the property manager telling bout this and she is very rude and not helping us is getting night we guys wanted to bath and go to eat at outside but cant bath because the bathroom was dark there is no light the manager also not replying us we call them many time and she keep saying wait fidding for technician,yeah i understood its sunday but atleast help us give another room or anything but no she keep talking rude we guys talk properly.lastly we guys fade up and change the lights by our self,we guys took the kitchen light and put in bathroom like swap the blub and then only we guys can bath.Its a very bad day for us and im really disappointed for booking this family suite its not worth

Check-in Date: 26 December 2025 Unit: 5306, Level 3 Block: C1 Property: Good Coast Morib, Banting Based on my recent stay, the overall experience in Block C was below expectations, primarily due to maintenance, lighting, and safety-related concerns. I am sharing this review to help future guests make an informed decision. Observed Issues: Common areas in Block C (lobby, lift, staircases, hallways, rubbish room, and surrounding areas) appeared poorly maintained and unclean Several hallway lights and emergency lights were not functioning, especially noticeable at night The unit itself showed signs of inadequate maintenance Limited kitchen utensils were provided Water pressure was very low The unit is located far from the waterpark The unit faces an unfinished and abandoned construction site, with overgrown vegetation, which made the environment uncomfortable, particularly at night Lighting inside the unit was very dim, making normal daily activities inconvenient Furniture arrangement may not be suitable for families with young children, due to safety considerations Some common areas appeared neglected, with visible spider webs Positive Observations: Certain interior decorations inside the unit were acceptable Other blocks within the property (Block A and Block B) appeared better maintained and are closer to the waterpark Overall Assessment: The condition and maintenance level of Block C negatively affected the stay. In its current state, the unit does not offer good value, particularly for families or guests prioritizing comfort and safety. Recommendation: Prospective guests may wish to avoid booking units in Block C and consider alternative blocks within the property.

There's a lot of lizard poop. The balcony is not clean at all. The kitchenettes are terrible. There are no soaps in the toilet. Not recommended.
