Good: Staff was very friendly and stayed up with our keys when we arrived past midnight, and there is staff to watch over the guests’ cars as well. So-so: Location was slightly off from town centre, about 5 mins drive. Bad: Rug in room had visible stains and looked dirty. (The rest of the room was very clean though) Sound insulation is non-existent. Could hear every bit of sound from the corridor. The rooms next door were a large group, who kept their doors open and made a ruckus late into the night till about 3am, all of which were audible from my room. Hotel should consider ensuring guests keep their noise down after 10pm, or invest in noise insulation for the rooms, or a thicker door. Door to staircase slams loudly, hotel should consider adding a dampener or a soft closing mechanism (for all rooms as well) Didn’t sleep well due to the noise.
