Overall this is quite nice resort with poor hotel management. The total traveling time is very tiring. The boat transfer to resort is really disappointing. My son was sleeping from very tiring journey and nobody is sensitive to let us sit properly in the 1h boat transfer. The villa condition is pretty and staff here are all friendly and helpful. The problem is hot water not working and water pressure is super slow. We want to enjoy the water activity and we paid very high for the room in front of the pool, we end end up getting stressed everytime after the water activity with my kid crying have to bath in cold shower. I ask hotel to fix it however it doesn't. We ask to change to another room and end up we sleep in dark and hot room as the electricity was cut off on the second night. I understand that this resort function using generator, but management has to have back up generator for unforseen circumstances. The hot shower is indeed important for family with kids and management need to supply hot water either way if the pump not functioning... I really disappointed to spend my annual leave and money here hoping to spend great time with my family

Not much to do. Not possible to swim and sunbath on beach. Man-made lagoon is so-so but clean. One of the room we had a bad smell but the other was okay. Staff friendly though.

Ki Ki beach is a beautiful resort, kids truely love it! The vibe is calming, staffs are all friendly and helpful! I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a place good for family getaway. However, the price of food at their only restaurant is too high, 125k rp for a fried rice. And the problem is food stocks are often running low considering the fact that we are not allowed to bring outside food there, so guests have no other choice. I really hope they provide drinking water refill stations for all guests as per bottle of water they sell cost triple of the normal price.

KIKI Beach is a really nice place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable, making it a great spot to spend some quiet time by the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was decent, but I think it would be great if they could add more vegetarian options to the menu to cater to a wider range of guests. The only downside was that we couldn’t sit outside because there were quite a lot of bees flying around the villa area, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, still a pleasant place to visit for a relaxing day!
