We recently stayed at this hotel and we would like to share our experience. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a beautiful design with an inviting ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The room itself was comfortable, with tasteful decor and a nice view. It was evident that cleanliness was a priority, as the room was spotless upon my arrival. However, there was an issue with the bathroom. After using the shower, we noticed that the water pooled on the floor, which was quite inconvenient. It would be helpful if the hotel addressed this issue to ensure a more enjoyable stay. We also encountered an issue with the refrigerator in our room. Unfortunately, it did not effectively cool the drinks or items we placed inside. And yes, we already plugged the refrigerator cable in the socket. However, it seemed to have a problem, as even after leaving the beverages in for a significant amount of time, they remained at room temperature. It is unclear whether this was a problem specific to our room or a more widespread issue. Nonetheless, it was disappointing to not have a functioning refrigerator, as it limited our ability to keep beverages or snacks cold. Another minor improvement that could be made is the addition of a trash bin in the main room. While there was one in the bathroom, having a bin in the main room would make it more convenient for disposing of items. It's a small detail, but it would enhance the overall comfort and functionality of the room. The placement of the tissue for the bidet in the bathroom could have been more efficient. It took a bit of effort to reach the tissue but it was still manageable. Although it wasn't ideal, it didn't significantly detract from the overall experience. In conclusion, the hotel room was comfortable, well-designed, and has a nice view. The staff members were friendly and accommodating.
