Hotel staff was confirmed the arrival time which was expecting late night 10:30PM but nothing was told by hotel staff. Even it was asked for the pickup from hotel staff and he suggested to take Ola/Uber taxi gron NJP station. When I tried from NJP railway station ride was showing not available., so I took a. Auto rickshaw to reach hotel. When I was about to reach hotel, before 3KM auto rickshaw person said he can't take to the hotel as the remaining 3KM is totally jungle area and it is not safe. Even there village person suggested not to inside jungle than I called hotel staff to send some taxi to pick us but he refused as per him facilities was not available. I was with my family and a 6 year kid. There was no any other hotel was available near by and I struggle to get hotel. I have spent 40minute with auto rickshaw driver to find new hotel at 11:30pm. I believe hotel staff had to warn us in advance or they should provide a proper facility to reach at hotel. Even hotel staff said that he will check and try to return the money but it's 6th day but I didn't get any call back on it. Thanks to read this story. Expecting clarification with money back.
