Food service was worst i have ever seen or heard anywhere i have been to. No electricity service for hours, they dont even installed single lamp on top dining table , my family had to use there mobile phone torches while they eat, what kind of pathetic show you are running in the name of hoteling and resort business? If you ever see there kitchen, omg u will start vomiting, pathetic and dirtiest kitchen u will ever come across. Only 1 staff member was there who purchase the grocery for lunch and dinner , same guy prepares food, same guy serves it , same guy look after electricity problem, same guy cleans the rom, i mean what kind of monkey business is going on in here? I think owner of this premise is either stupid or dont care . For entire property u kept single guy??? What a thoughtful ownership, hats off man. My family used to get dinner at 10.30 pm even if they have informed to serve the food at 8pm, not even tea was served till 7.30pm since the guy has went for groceries and kitchen was locked, how can u be so unprofessional after opening such resort type facility running by a single guy. U guys should close down your resort if u cant even run it properly. Shame on u owners.

Such a wonderful location marred by poorly maintained premises, a non accommodating staff (except for the restaurant gentleman who was exceptional) and a nonchalant attitude by the management. I wish it was managed better.

Overall a super stay at Kays by the sea. The pool is very clean & very well maintained by the staff & one of its kind in that area. Goa border is just ~ 10 - 15 kms from Shiroda & there are many temples around to visit. (Vetoba, Mauli & Reddi Ganpati). We had a great sea view from our balcony. The food quality is good & hept our stomach fine till the final day of the stay, though there is a scope of improvement in the food service. WIll strongly recommend this one if you are visiting with family.

Property at good location but service is really poor, even if you choose "pay at property option" Property owner mail you as soon as you book the property which is pathetic and they ask for few hundreds extra than amount we booked at Secondly we suffered a lot due to their electrical issues there was no electricity for whole night in the room which was scary. Thirdly their kitchen is just pathetic, you have to drive at least 1-2kms for good food. Not recommending at all!
