• Welcome to our homestay! To ensure a pleasant & comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

• No Smoking Indoors

• - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house & bathrooms. 🚬

• - Feel free to smoke in outdoor areas.

• No Shoes Inside

• - Kindly leave your shoes at the entrance to keep the house clean & comfortable.

• Respect the Neighborhood

• Keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM 🎶

• Avoid loud music & excessive noise to respect our neighbors.

• Keep the House Clean

• - Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.

• - Treat the home as if it were your own!

• BBQ & Steamboat Rules

• - BBQ is only allowed in the outdoor area.

• - Steamboat is allowed indoors.

• - Bring your own BBQ net, charcoal & skewers for hygiene purposes.

• - Clean all utensils & kitchenware after use.

• Towel & Linen Care

• - Do NOT use towels as floor mats.

• - Stained or damaged towels, bedding & linens may require replacement.

• Furniture & Equipment Care

• - Do not move furniture or change room layouts.

• - Handle all appliances & equipment with care.

• Check-out Guidelines

• - Turn off all lights & air conditioners before leaving.

• - Lock the doors & return the keys upon check-out.

• Take Care of Your Belongings

• - We are not responsible for any lost or left-behind items. Please double-check before leaving!

• No Pets Allowed

• - Pets are strictly not allowed inside the homestay.

• - A RM 300 fine will be charged if pets are found on the premises.

• Penalties for Rule Violations

• The following fees apply if rules are not followed:

• 1. Smoking Indoors – RM 300 cleaning fee 🧼

• 2. Failure to Clean After BBQ/Steamboat – RM 200 cleaning fee 🍽️

• 3. Damage/Stains on Towels, Bedding & Linens – RM 25 - RM 150 replacement fee 🛌

• 4. Furniture Movement – RM 200 fine 🚫

• 5. Lost Mahjong Set – RM 200 fine 🎲

• 6. Unclean Check-out – RM 100 additional cleaning fee 🏠

• 7. Bringing Pets – RM 300 fine 🚫

• Other things to note

• 1）Compulsory Check-In and Check-Out Times

• •⁠ ⁠Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

• •⁠ ⁠Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

• For any requests to check in earlier or check out later, an additional fee of RM50 per hour will apply.

• 2）Please Ensure the Correct Number of Guests

• Kindly input the correct number of guests during your booking. If additional floor mattresses are required, we will be happy to prepare them for you.

• An additional fee of RM25 per mattress will apply.

• A maximum of 4 extra floor mattresses can be provided.

• 3) Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to no damage or missing items, as well as the property being left in a clean and tidy condition. Please note that damage does not include normal wear and tear such as a defective item or a broken lightbulb etc
