As a family who travels frequently across different countries, we have never encountered such a disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, this property was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We checked out early at 9 AM due to the unacceptable conditions, especially considering we had a young toddler with us. Key issues we faced:. Unhygienic facilities: The shower water had visible stains, making it unusable.Unsafe environment: The property was infested with mosquitoes and insects, and the stairs were dangerously steep and narrow for children.Poor accessibility:. The location was secluded with rough roads, making access extremely difficult. Lack of basic necessities: None of the essentials we expect were provided. Power outage: In the middle of the night, the electricity went out. With a toddler, this was unacceptable. The host was unreachable, and we nearly left at night despite the unsafe 3-hour trip back to Manila.Unexpected charges:. Additional fees were requested that I did not agree to pay.We booked this property expecting relaxation and enjoyment, but instead faced frustration, inconvenience, and unsafe conditions. Overall, the stay was not worth it .

good place value for money - just that the raod to the place is very very narrow and difficult to go using a big car

It was a good place to stay while in Subic. Great for family gathering and parties

We just wasted our money. We literally stayed for 2 hours and left. The road leading to the subdivision is too rocky and terrible. Only a tall car or SUV can go there. The swimming pool has this rust metallic smell and feel. The stairs to the 2nd floor is too steep and not safe. Only good thing is the aircon is good and there is Netlfix. CR also has a bad smell maybe coming from the water supply. It is too expensive for what it is and would rather book at nicer hotels in SBMA.
