The worst villa I’ve ever had
I stayed here on October 8th, and from the moment we checked in, the experience was very disappointing. A woman was preparing our room, but she was extremely rude to us. When we asked for the Wi-Fi password, she looked angry and acted like she didn’t want to give it. We were confused about what was wrong. We also asked for an extra bed, and again, her attitude was very unpleasant. The extra bed she brought was dirty and had no bedsheet, and the way she gave it to us was very arrogant. The room itself was terrible — very dirty, with lizard and gecko droppings everywhere, even on the bed. There were lots of hair strands on the floor and bed, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bedsheet and towels were stained and yellowish. I hope this review helps the management improve their service and cleanliness in the future!

Very good
We stayed at first floor, so no need to climb stairs, which is nice. The staff are nice and friendly. It's good value for money. The internet can be slow/down at times. And we had electricity power down during our stay. I guess it's similar problem in any hotel in nusa penida.

good but conditions apply
its too far from the harbour beach and the staffs no help. both the days that i stayed they played karaoke music till 12 not caring if people are disturbed or not. the room was good with an average view and breakfast only had 2 basic options
