horrible experience from the beginning. Room was covered in ants/mites. All over the bed, walls, shelves and especially the headboard. We got covered in bites. We took photos and videos and showed the receptionist and she said she was going to clean the room. She came to the room with one cleaning wipe and swiped the headboard once and left the room and never came back. We went down a second time, she was laying on the sofa, so we spoke to the host, showed him the pictures and videos, and he said said he would sort it. He never came up. We went down a third time, he was sitting there playing video games on the computer. He would not change our room, and said he had to get exterminators in, but still wanted us to sleep in the room. We left the next morning. Also no toilet roll, horrible smell from the bathroom, and fan gave off barely any air. Bed covers were also stained badly, also have pictures of this. The ‘fresh sheets’ were also stained.

not an easy stay
pictures are much better than it actually is. bathroom is dirty and located outside the room. room is on top floor, and therefore boiling hot. But they do have AC in the room. reception does not speak any english. they tried to keep my passport as collateral for the door key. sheets are old and rough. if you are depressed, this will push you over the edge. thankfully, I was pulled out early for work
