I booked the whole house for a team attending a 5-day convention. The team really liked the house. They had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort and space the unit provided. While there are a few minor issues, they didn’t significantly affect the team’s overall experience. Comments of the team are: Well-furnished & clean house. Smells good too. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and sofas. Beddings feel and smell clean. Newly washed towels. Good quality soap and shampoo was provided. Nice view from the windows facing the waterpark. Great wifi. Host was responsive on Agoda and also on Messenger. He gave some house rules before the team's arrival so the team knew what was expected of them during their stay. The team recommends the Winch House and would love to stay again if they are back in CamSur.
