Pool.BBQ.Karaoke Luxury Villa Afamosa Resort

100% recommended! Visiting Malacca after 3 decades and unsure of what to expect, anxious on what am going to experience. The Villa did not disappoint me. The caretaker was awesome!! His service level is exceptional. Whenever I reach out on queries and assistance, he was always there to assist. This is what we call high level of srvice standards. The price is a real value for money. Spacious, well maintained aircon with karaoke facilities. The pool was HUGE and beautiful. I had a pleasant stay with family and has decided to return again. There are lagoons and attractions just nearby. It was very easy to get grab drivers and grab food as well. Shopping mall nearby. Overall wonderful experience. Not even a single complain. I also left something behind the caretaker help me safekeep them. Thank you Afamosa and thank you Gerard, our caretaker. He was the best! Will def see you again!

Everything was okay the house is spacious and private , the only problem was the hygiene of the place , the fan seems like never been dust off, the wall got lots of lizard poop, when asked about the fan and wall i think , the answers are quite irresponsible. But the place was spacious, cuckoo doesnt have. Cool or hot water but they provide water heater and ironing board which is okay for our staycation ,we paid quite a lot for the place but the answer regarding the hygiene are very dissappointing as if we are not one of a customer who paid. The host are quite generous by giving us extra 30min checkout time , but i prefer to stay at a clean place more , also canopy provided cannnot be used , it kept falling down . I think if the owner fix and maintain the house properly it would be a great place again .

Worth for family stay!

Went to stay at this premis with a group of 16 pax (with kids). The house was so big and comfortable to cater us all. The house is nice, clean, and spacious. They provide cooking pots, stove etc too.
