Check in process was not clear, we called and leave message on Agoda but got no reply. Eventually the host responded on whatsapp and gave instruction. The room is small, not clean and restroom is wet with non pleasant smell ( humidity and some fugus smell), shelf is full of dust, room corner has spider web. Oh and the electricity is overloaded very frequently, once that happens the room will be put of energy for couple minutes….. so we have to shut down water dispenser and try not to use ac when showering (coz water heating is also a monster). p.s. We asked for one more towel for drying hair and they don’t allow! Said only two towel per room, but as you know the hair dryer is high watt as well…… Room is not quiet either, Saturday night the students chat, yell and play loud music after 1am, we tried to ask them to lowering down but they don’t answer the door. Only one good thing of here is the balcony, it can dry the cloth and towel effectively.

Clean rooms, hot water works great, and the view is amazing. The location is very strategic as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location near Gadjah Mada University with a nice city view. The nearest malls are Pakuwon Mall and Jogja City Mall, which is super convenient. The owner was really friendly and helpful. On the downside, the internet connection wasn’t very stable, there were a few spider webs making it feel a bit dusty, and the water flow at the sink was quite weak.
