This has to be the worst stay experience ever, I mean the pictures in Agoda by all means aren’t representative of the room condition & facilities they offered. Let me say that it’s the first & the last time i’ll ever step in the facility. 1. Check in & check out rules aren’t clear. And by that i mean not just of the hours, but the staff/PICs were absolutely the least helpful. Had we not ask on the technicalities via email to Agoda/RedDoorz, we would never get explanation on who to contact & how to get to the room. When we had to check-in & out, they were really difficult to reach & we were bounced off several times. Upon check-in i was even asked to hand my ID over (was not mentioned in check in condition) OR pay IDR100k for deposit. OF COURSE i opted for the latter. They didn’t even give me any receipt whatsoever. Good thing was i got my money back. 2. Room condition was absolutely bad. Filthy & moldy bedsheets, bed were broken down, floors & toilet were sticky & not clean AT ALL. Roaches even roamed free. Door to balcony was unlocked & we were not given any keys to lock it. 3. I asked for a room change cos of the bad room condition & the second one was a bit better albeit by a tiny scale. Definitely, definitely would NEVER recommend this to anyone.
