I recently had a great getaway at Tadom Hill Resorts, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The lake was clean, which made all the water activities much more pleasant and relaxing. I also appreciated that safety was taken seriously—life jackets were provided. We stayed in the Bamboo Madu room, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The food was average—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. The ATV and go-kart rides were definitely highlights of the trip—super fun and exciting! Overall, it was a good experience, and we had a lot of fun. I would recommend it for a short getaway with friends or family.

All good except I found no staff to collect my deposit refund

It was a nice relaxing place for a couple on the weekend. Food is not bad and the staff are helpful.

Very nice location out from town, we choose a right timing not much crowd. Whether is just nice only slightly rain. My kids is enjoying the water activities, other games is charge and some game only require deposit. We having a dnnier in the resort restaurant, all Food pricing is reasonable. We choose Hakka resort with Fan, at the night room have a lot of mosquito, whole night 4 of us is bite my the mosquito.

This resort is close to KLIA, every one hour, you will hear aeroplane flying in the air, day & night non stop. There is no swimming pool. I changed room twice due to air conditioning not cold. It's scary to sleep at night, you could hear weird noise. The worst part is there are lots of tiny insects on the pillow and bed. The floor is sticky like someone drop a glue on the floor. The water sports team, a man was so not helpful and friendly, he just want to do his work. Zero customer service. Food has limited options. It's very far distance from PJ Damansara. It took almost 2 hours to reach there.
