First of all, it's clean, spacious, and close to the airport. But it's noisy during the day. I had to sleep during the day because it was a night flight, but I listened to construction and constant conversation and music I can't rest because the noise is loud. I thought it was a more comfortable and quiet place, not a city center, but it's louder. If you need a break during the day, go somewhere else. I don't know at night.

Good stay if you want to park your car while traveling abroard

This property offers great value for money just 15 to 20 min by car from KUL Airport. Although it's in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing in walking distance, it's easy to reach and get picked up from via Grab taxi for roughly 30 to 40 MYR. The family room is spacious, the bed comfortable. However, the bathroom was poorly equipped. No soap, the sink area lacks shelf space to put hygiene or cosmetic products, the shower is rain shower only, meaning no handheld shower head, and the shower makes the entire bathroom and toilet wet as there is no shower curtain/cabin. Towels were provided. The bathroom itself is also clean. The property provides a water fountain to refill bottles. Check in and check out were smooth. In the room and around the property are many lizards.

My wife and I stayed here on November 15, 2025. We chose it because it was both cheap and close to KLIA. We weren't expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, roomy, and quiet it was. We were particularly thrilled with the owner and staff who went beyond the call of duty to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Very friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect spot for travelers who enjoy peace and quiet along with a bit of nature. A few macaques cruising around, but they keep to themselves to be watched from afar. I would definitely stay there again.
