Room 1?
This site should not be advertising rooms here. Room 1 was sub standard, in need of a major refit and a deep clean. Have been unable to upload photos here but they are available on Trip Advisor with full list of issues. Disappointed that management did not address concerns honestly giving me no option but provide a negative review. Strongly advise staying elsewhere images on site do not represent a true image.

No good for business
The pub, staff and food are great but if you are traveling for work and need an Internet connection then this isn't the place for you. I am on the O2 network and there was no signal at all. There was wifi in the pub but zero in the room. The place itself is ok if you wanted to get away from it all. For work it is a nightmare!

Stayed here in room 1 and we went for a drink and some foot at the boat inn it's a really awesome place food was amazing and a warning welcome with a nice log burner thanks mark and Nicola from South Wales

Wonderful Pub in a quiet setting.
Nestled by the canal, quiet location. Lovely food at the pub attached. Rooms clean and well appointed, bed comfy. Bar in the beer garden and kids play area. Great value too. We needed somewhere close to the Lincoln Showground and this was just 30 minutes away so suited us as it was on our way home.
