• Welcome to our Azure rental property! I hope your journey has been pleasant and comfortable. Allow us to introduce ourselves to you – we are GBU. We are passionate about providing our guests with a comfortable stay. If you need to reach out, you can contact our property manager on 09171287353. • Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation rental. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.

• Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.

• General House Rules

• 1. Some of the drawers or cabinet doors are locked. Please do not attempt to open it.

• 2. In the hallway, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it. In the unlikely event of a power outage, the building has generator that can provide power to all units. If you encounter any issue with the power/electricity, please report to the front desk.

• 3. There is a trash can provided in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink where you can dispose of any garbage.

• 4. We understand that accidents do happen and if there is any, kindly report any accidental breakages or damages to us before checking out.

• 5. In the event of damage to the property or its contents happened, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

• 6. Check-in is at 3PM and check out is at 12NN.

• 7. Kindly maintain cleanliness and please dispose your garbage properly.

• House Rules Regarding the Neighborhood and Noise Levels

• • Some of our neighboring units are occupied full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

• Extra Guests and Visitors

• • A maximum of two visitors is allowed during the day.

• • Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.

• • It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.

• Parking

• • Azure offers free parking near the entrance gate, in front of CW depot. Alternatively, you can ask our property manager for any pay parking available or you may seek assistance from the Security personnel regarding parking areas.

• Safety

• • Please be mindful of the ceiling above the loft bed to avoid injury.

• • At all times, we ask guests to practice extra caution, especially in the balcony area and most especially if you have kids and toddlers with you. Guardians and parents have the final responsibility of ensuring the safety of their children.

• Swimming pool

• • Proper swimming attire is required. Please follow the guidelines set by Azure.

• Security

• • Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults.

• • Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

• • In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.

• Smoking

• • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

• • If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

• Pets

• • Unfortunately, at this time, we do not allow bringing of pets in our unit. But hopefully this is something we can accommodate in the near future.

• Appliances

• • Wi-Fi password is displayed on a framed paper on the TV rack.

• • Kindly use the profile “Azure” when signing in and using our Netflix.

• • Only use microwavable containers to heat in the microwave. Our plates, saucers, and bowls aren’t microwave safe. We have provided microwavable containers for your use should you need it.

• • Induction cooker is in the cabinet under the kitchen top. Please only use Induction ready cookware. We have provided induction ready cookware for your use should you need it. When using, put the cookware on top of the induction, soft-press the power icon and then soft-press the icon with the letter “W”. Temperature will show, we recommend setting it up between 80 and 140 temperature. You have the + and – buttons to adjust. Kindly do not forget to turn it off and unplug after using.

• • Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices (including the air conditioning) before you go out.

• • Please return all appliances to their proper places before checking out.

• Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after.
