The room is small. Merely any space to put luggage. No window so might not be suitable for longer stay. Bedsheet is stained with strands of hair from previous customer. Midnight there is drunk customers who knocked on everyone's door. Suggest for better place even with slightly higher rate.

Make sure to have cash for deposit (RM50 per room + RM5 tax), they dont accept QR payments here and the nearest bank is 7 mins drive if you want to cash out (Learnt it the hard way...and it was 1am). Modern designed hotel room, impressive for such cheap price. Warm lighting. Moderately clean, sheets got some stain but it's clean (washed and not smelly) at least, dont want to complaint much because it's very cheap and I only stayed for a night. But my dislike is more to limited parking at this area, had to park quite far and at night it feels kinda sketchy at this area. But glad that nothing happened. Got free wifi, and an old flatscreen TV with limited channels. Aircond working nicely. Got kettle, cup, 2 mineral bottle, toothbrushes, clean towels, tiny body shampoo, working hairdryer. Iron board is outside at the hallway. I slept well here, would repeat if i ever need to stay around this area again and if im on a tight budget.

The staff here are not very friendly, helpful, or considerate. We were forced to pay a cash deposit right away even though the nearest ATM wasn't close by, thus the hotel should really improve and start accepting QR payments. ​To make things worse, there were no towels in our room when we arrived. When I called the receptionist, I was told they weren't available until 5 PM. By 6 PM, I had to call again, only to be told I had to go down to the counter to collect them myself. It was a huge nuisance, and the receptionist didn't even apologize. This is my first time staying at a hotel where guests have to wait and fetch their own towels. ​As for the rest, the room is just okay with basic amenities, but the toilet was dirty and smelly. Location wise, it's decent with a nearby mamak shop and convenience stores. Parking is limited but easy to park, and the building does have a lift.

This budget hotel although located near a bunch of other budget hotel as well is probably the best in the area, it's cleaner and only slightly more expensive but worth it for clear piece of mind. It's also near Bus stop, ktm serdang, speed mart, 2 mamak, chinese restaurant, kk mart and a dobi!
