Lovely place to stay and very convenient for the race track. Only drawback for me was that my stay coincided with days the restaurant facilities were closed so check that before booking if it's important to you.

Only stayed one night before a race at nearby Mallory Park. Great room with a lovely chandelier and fireplace - I think we were just in a standard room but it was beautifully appointed. Little bit noisy with the bar and restaurant downstairs but the hotel provided decent ear plugs. Would definitely recommend

Nice place to stay for the night however the shower wasn’t adequate as it would either be freezing cold or boiling hot eventually got it to a lukewarm temperature just enough to shower, there was a few cobwebs and spiders in the room and the bed was quite hard, you can hear people walking above you but it’s decent for the price you pay we paid around £*** and I’d say you get what you pay for essentially, overall it wasn’t terrible and it smelt good when we arrived there was a good selection of coffee and biscuits but just be aware if you have a spider phobia like me! We would stay again for a cheap hotel night away

Just an overnight visit, but the reception was warm and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

I stayed two nights here as i came from USA for the last Leicester footabll game in Premier League. This is a place I will return. The bed and sheets are very clean. Very quiet village about 15 min from Leicester. I got there on Saturday night from London via National Coach thru Leicester city, bus 148 from st. Margaret bus station, then a nice 2 mile walk from the bus station drop off in Earl Shelton to the village of Malory. Inarrived at 9:05 and the young lady checked me in. I was waiting all day to get to the hotel to enjoy dinner in a very quiet village but hotel restaurant closed at 9:00pm. I asked the receptionist to ask the hotel manager if they would accommodate another dinner since it was just after about 10 min passed the restaurant closing. The manager was excellent. Told the receptionist/hotel waitress to sit me down amd order from the weekend menu. I was speechless with the taste of food!!! Very, very delicious! I ordered two dishes and a beer since I have not had any breakfast nor lunch. Next morning on Sunday, I had very good quality food for breakfast. There is also a 12-5pm lunch/brunch at the hotel on Sundays only. After enjoying a great dinner the night before and a great breakfast the morning of, I had to make sure I had their brunch as well. All food at the hotel is EXCELLENT!!! As the hotel staff mentioned, this type of food with cooked breakfast, brunch, or dinner is only available during weekends. Very clean room and bed with spacious shower, with amazing weekend food, in a small and quiet village full of green landscape 15 min outside of Leicester! I chose the bus and the couple miles of walk for the amazing experience Away from the high buildings and trepidant life in Dallas USA. 100% worth it. Great customer service!!! Thank you!
