I was actually abt to write a really good review about this place bcs, honestly, it is such a beautiful & clean property. It felt like the perfect place for a short family escape. Peaceful, lovely & exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, its completely ruined. We had travelled all the way from KL and chose this place expecting to have a quiet and relaxing family getaway. Unfortunately, we were dealing with loud music late at night bcs of Music fest & by around 12.30 am, we were still unable to properly rest. This was extremely upsetting and frustrating, especially bcs we were travelling as a family & had specifically come here to relax. I even ended up with a headache because of the noise. Wht should have been a relaxing short escape became a very stressful & disappointing experience pulak... The saddest part , baru je nak review this place a great review because this place itself is beautiful, clean and has so much potential. But unfortunately, this incident really spoiled our family vacation. Pls pls pls, in d future going to host or allow events involving external guests, I strongly feel that guests staying at the property should b informed in advance. Better yet, perhaps the entire place should be reserved for such events rather than mixing an event with guests who have come expecting peace and privacy! A beautiful place means very little when guests cannot get the peaceful stay they came for. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because with better communication & consideration for staying guests, this could genuinely be a wonderful place for a short escape. Place is clean and care is taken to balance between nature and manmade. Owner and staff are polite, and chalets are spaced out so privacy is good.

Servis bagus, layan mandi sungai, makan durian dan pemandangan pun tenang aje. Rekemen sangat bawak geng tdo sini

Shared toilet outside the house. Raining inconvenient. Toiletries not supplied. Room door and bathroom door (shared ) not able to lock due to not properly fixed. No signage. Not informative. Just feel terribly maintained
