Overall great experience.. superb accomodations eg: washing machine, cooking utilities, smart tv, fast wifi. Nice scenary from balcony for day & night time (beach view). Keep it up good service! So enjoyable stay. Will repeat for sure..

Host manners

Host was very rude to customer when we arrived at the place. He didn't give us proper instruction although before we depart we have already whatsap and notify the host. Unfortunately, after give info to the post guard and number of unit apartment, the host was not reply our whatsap and call for how to get the key apartment. We try to call and whatsap him many times , but he ignore us and didn't pick up for 45minutes and let us and our children at the post guard in hot weather. Then after reach him, at first he not admitted and used loud voice and scream to us that this is not his fault .As customer this is our fist time having bad experience with host and let customer stranded for 45minutes. We felt very angry and sad with the behaviour of the host which is lack of manners and speak. Hopefully after this the host should be more manners and have good attitude because you are providing services and making business for money. If not we as customer have to report Tribunal !!!.Hopefully this not happen to others customer.

Good Place to Stay and Relax

Nice seaview and beautiful beach, there are supermarkets and restaurants outside the residence,quiet convenience. Just hygiene can be improve, got stain on the wall and corner of bathroom,bedsheet also.
