Me and my friends booked 2 rooms last 24-25 December and actually its my 2nd time here at Ritz and it really fulfill rather exceed my expectation! We do early check in at around 830am as we need to go for our genting trip at 9am we left our luggage 1st and came back at 7pm and to our surprise we get a great room at the 20th floor which is in the corner and really spacious😱facilites are satisfying buffet breakfast as well is great. Almost everything is perfect but there is only 1 filipino guy at the reception is really unfriendly and the only staff that never smile and unhappy to assist me maybe because he knows im a filipino. I wasnt expecting it because my race tends to be really hospitable and friendly i think his name is Manuel but i roughly forget already. I just wanted to ask a way going to merdeka square but he throwed an unhappy face ask me to wait while he can endorse me to his other colleague who is not busy. He never even smile at me but only grumpy face. So i approach the chinese lady that late afternoon she is so friendly and really assist me with directions. I did not get her name but really appreciate her help. Thank y0u ritz for the experience my friends enjoy our 1 night stay😊 Carla

First I would like to thank the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot his name), he was very polite and let us know about the promotions and he even gave free breakfast for us during our stay. The hotel staff are very welcoming in general and always ready to assist. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food to choose from. Location is excellent since it is less that 5 minutes to the mall. Will definitely came back and recommend it to others.

友人と別々にクラブフロアの部屋を取り宿泊しました。 スタッフの方々はとても親切で、クラブラウンジには日本語を話せるスタッフもいらっしゃいました。 部屋やクラブラウンジ、その他のホテル内施設も落ち着ける雰囲気で居心地良かったです！ 観光に出かけてしまったため、あまりホテルでゆっくりとはいかなかったので、次回はホテルでのんびりするのもいいかなと思ってます。
