Quite good for the price. furnishing is quite dated. but bed sheet is clean. fair for its price for . we stay at 2 bed apartment. one with 2 single bed another is master with double bed with attached bath. hot water running good. no fan in bedroom. i bring my mini fan to make it not so stuffy. suggest to bring extra socket extension because only 1 plug in room.

I stayed at this one hotel and the toilet was clogged. When we flushed, the water, along with faeces, rose up. We had no choice but to use the toilet in another room, specifically my parent's room. ​By the way, this isn't the first time I've rented a room at this hotel. It's just this time we got a room with a faulty toilet. I didn't call maintenance at the time because we arrived very late and wanted to rest, not deal with someone repairing the toilet. ​They should have checked the flush functionality of every toilet before opening the room to a customer, especially since it's an older building, which might have more issues. However, the staff were fine; their service was professional.

A perfect space for a small family of four to have retreat around the Fraser Hill. Location is good. However, the unit's kitchen simply furnished with a fridge, kettle and mugs with tea sacahets. Unlucky this time, kitchen sink leaks from poor pipping work using a paper box tape that cause wet floor throughout the stay. Shower head leaks too, giving uneven water drips. Lightings are simply repaired to provide lights around the space, some can cause danger to the clients from unsafe fixing. Due to the high trophics humidity, wooden surfaces and paints may not look fresh/clean. Property manager to pay attention on the safety measures around the basic needs for their units undercare.

Everything was excellent except the master bedroom shower had a issues where the water started pouring out of the ceiling when using the shower. Do not open the bathroom window. Small insects will come in. Still an excellent stay, clean, spacious my family still enjoyed it.

The location is convenient and the staffs are friendly and helpful. However I missed that the room doesn't have any iron or hairdryer provided. I got the highest level room with no lift, quite a hassle to bring your luggage and kids upstairs.
