I am giving a very BAD rating (0/5) to this hotel and a lesson learnt to all the future customer to this hotel! I have a staycation on 16/12/23 - 17/12/23 at The Imperial Heritage Hotel, Melaka. On 16/12/23 after check in, my family had spent the whole day out in Melaka town. After back to hotel at night, we just sleep without opening the room light. On 17/12/23, around 10:30am when i was about to iron my cloths, i saw a very big blue dirt/stain on the back of the duvet cover and matress cover (as per the picture). Hotel had claim that its not their fault (they trusted their RFID /housekeeper 100%) and asking me to pay the cost of RM180. I did not agree as its not my fault too. I don't have any cloths of that blue patterm and no baby powder (as what they have claimed) I dont' want to argue further, i've just burned my deposit. Lesson learnt to all future customer, pls check the condition of the facilities, electrical appliances & bedroom/mattress/duvet/bedsheet/cover duvet in good condition once you have check in & entering to the room.
