Just 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to diamond beach entrance. Tree house entrance also just downstairs of the villa. Very nice if u want no crowded for that IG photos.

Excellent location for getting to the viewpoints at sunrise and sunset. The cottages though comfortable, do get a little hot during the day though. Two small pools to relax in the evenings.

Best spa, best food, best stay on the island! Spa: Truly, I had the best 90-min massage of my life from Rini - it was so incredible that I went two days in a row and purchased their incredible-smelling massage oil. The experience was so wonderful. Food: Every meal and drink (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) I had at the Raja Lima was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty. I would suggest the iced coffee with real coconut milk, avocado and feta toast, falafel bowl, smoothie, antioxidant juice, bee honey cocktail, and pan lobster. Rooms: What an incredible view of the ocean! Each villa has a little patio to sit on. The rooms were spacious with massive, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. The bathrooms were very cool with rock walls. Overall, the villas were a complete vibe in the best way.

The perfect getaway from noise since so remote BUT makes you dependant on taxis (which are slow due to narrow, steep and bad roads) and count on spending min 400.000 to get there from the harbour (800.000 before negotiation). Hotel is beautiful but not maintained! Several plats were dead. The bean bag chairs were all moldy. The bathroom is comparable to glamping with open walls and concrete floor and a toilet with loose seats.No hairdryer. Already upon arrival we were told there was no water in our villa and wouldn't be until the evening. We had been traveling for many hours so that wasn't ideal. Also we were not offered any other toilet/shower or compensation. Stayed for 2 nights and every day the water had to be fixed making us late to our activities. At check out we asked to talked to the manager who didn't want to compensation us and kept blaming us for not rising the concern earlier (which of course we had but that his staff hadn't brought him the news, which for some reason was our problem). Very, very rude and just impossible to discuss with, claiming that all other hotels use salt water. The area around the hotel is poor with garbage, and warn down buildings and fields covered in trash. Furthermore you have to pay entrance just to walk in the area in front of the hotel. Quite difficult to reach the beaches, dangerous and steep "carved in stair" down a cliff wall where you have to use a rope for several sections, to reach Diamond beach. Entrance fee to get to the beaches. Drinks at the hotel very watery and not worth the money. Unclear that only a few were part of the happy hour offer, quite a surprise when getting the bill at check out. Staff were sweet but would only do what they have been taught and nothing more to make your stay pleasant.

Overall excellent location, stunning views, walking distance to major attractions in the east, beautifully designed. Comfy bed and pillows. However, the common facilities (pool, sun chairs, cushions) are dirty and need replacements/refurbishments. Landscaping around the property also needs upkeep. Food served wasn't very good either, luckily there are a couple other restaurants nearby. Could have been much better!
