Bugs in the Unit

I understand the security deposit but to claim such should equate to a pleasant unit or space. You don't restrict guests from stains when the sheets has visible stains on it and the unit listed is not bug free. The mobility in the unit was restricted so we decided to occupy the other unit for kitchen purposes but upon checking in for sleeping purposes, there were bugs in tye bed, visible stains in the sheets, crawling insect in the sheet, spiders on the wall and beside the A.C. , there were webs in the ceiling and walls too

the room is well-lighted and complete with the basic necessities. the design of the room transported us to a relaxing ambiance. the caretaker and owner are very accommodating with my requests. thank you! we had a wonderful stay!

Exceptional

The host is very accommodating. Overall, the experience is great as the unit was a good place to stay plus the greenery theme all over the room that's giving a relax and a homey vibe. It was clean, very well maintained and it smells good. Worth the price, indeed.
